Compassionate Care
For nearly three decades, I’ve immersed myself in ancient healing methodologies, learning from master healers across cultures and traditions. Their teachings continue to shape the work I offer today—steady, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible.
I’ve been walking the path of a shamanic practitioner since 1998. My journey began with the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and deepened through the teachings of Sandra Ingerman, whose wisdom continues to inspire my soul retrieval work. I also apprenticed with a traditional shaman in North Texas, grounding my early training in hands-on healing and lived experience.
Over time, my calling led me across cultures and lineages. I studied Yin and Yang principles, the Five Elements, and the Laws of the Universe with masters from South Korea. Later, I devoted over a decade to the teachings of Sri Kaleshwar, a saint and master healer from India. With him, I completed the Five Elements Process, the Holy Womb Process, and many other sacred practices that transformed my understanding of divine energy and healing.
In addition to my spiritual studies, I’ve been committed to service and crisis support. I am certified in Suicide and Crisis Prevention, and I’ve volunteered with Heart to Heart Hospice of Texas, One From the Heart at Agape International in Los Angeles, and The Twilight Brigade (Compassion in Action), founded by Dannion Brinkley. I am also certified in Domestic Violence Support through Mathis and Associates.
Whether through soul retrieval, shamanic journeying, spiritual counseling, or simply holding space in times of transition, my work is about helping others reconnect with what’s sacred within them—and find direction when the path is unclear.
